Shipping policy

Fabric by TrishaMakes uses Australia Post & Sendle to ship your orders.

All in stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note there is potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of my control.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You have the option to upgrade to express if desired.

If the incorrect postage is chosen upon checkout you will receive a further invoice for the remaining postage charges before your order will be shipped.

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Capalaba, QLD. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days for in stock items, or up to 8 weeks for pre orders. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are super flexible!

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to many countries. If the website doesn't have your country listed then please get in touch.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fabric by TrishaMakes is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
